After graduating from medical school in 1992, he held various administrative positions in the public sector. He worked as Deputy General Manager responsible for Contracted Institutions and Claims Departments at Medex International. He served as Deputy General Manager responsible for Business Development and Quality at Medline and Health Investments Coordinator at ESAS Holding. In 2010, he moved to Anadolu Endüstri Holding and held various management positions at Anadolu Health Center. He currently serves as the CEO and Board Member of EMPHealthgroup and works as a lecturer in Health Management at Üsküdar University. He served in important positions in the sector such as TÜSİAD Health Committee, TOBB Health Services Council and Health Tourism Council Membership. He also holds positions such as USHAŞ Advisory Board Member and OHSAD Board Member.
